A Message from Kathy

Pasture Brook Herbs is a small New Hampshire based Specialty Food Company.  We are located in Rumney and specialize in herbal dip mixes, herbal teas and chili mixes.

I started out bringing my herbal dips to work for special occasions and after numerous requests, I decided to package the mixes.  I found that many people wanted to be able to make the dips at home for their family and friends or just give the mixes as gifts.

Soon after, I was receiving requests for additional mixes or changes to existing mixes.  "Could you make your Dilli-itious Dill Dip without garlic?" or "Do you have any Cajun dips?".  This process has been going on for over 5 years, and the result is my current product list.  This has proven to be a valuable learning experience for me and has enabled me to provide the type of products my customers truly want.
